    5N.m/500N接骨螺钉自攻力扭矩试验系统,测量具有自攻性能的金属接骨螺钉旋入标准材料时所需轴向自攻压力荷载值。测量旋入扭矩荷载和轴向位移变量值。测量接骨螺钉轴向拔出力、旋入旋出旋动扭矩、轴向插入力。
→不同材质自攻骨螺钉扭矩力测试研究(不锈钢/可吸收骨螺钉/聚交酯共聚物/L-丙交酯树脂/乙交酯树脂,L-乳酸树脂/刚性聚氨酯泡沫塑料/水解降解聚合物树脂)。
→不同螺纹型式骨螺钉机械性能测试研究(深螺纹及浅螺纹、全螺纹及半螺纹、对称及不对称螺纹)。
→不同用途骨螺钉机械性能测试研究(皮质骨螺钉、松质骨螺钉、V形髓内钉、三叶形髓内钉、空心螺钉)。

→旋入旋出旋动扭矩按照3r/min速度施加扭矩于螺钉头部,旋转4圈的扭矩值为最大旋入扭矩。反向旋转4圈螺钉测量旋出最大扭矩。旋入和旋出试验过程中施加不大于11.7N轴向载荷。
→HRJ-Test自攻力扭矩试验测控软件(多通道多功能易操控),采集频率1000Hz,实时记录处理分析轴向压力、扭矩、轴向位移。同时记录两个Y轴数据(Y轴1为力和扭矩,Y轴2为位移)随时间的变化。
→过程再现和数据再分析、曲线放大比较遍历。多曲线同时显示,坐标自设,满度自调节。
→试验块夹具,精密制作,确保试验块中预钻的导向孔和试验样品共线。高刚度性保障试验加载条件下不会产生偏转和变形,在夹持或试验中不会使试验块产生变形。方形试验块由均匀材料制造,符合ASTM F1839要求。试验块上下表面平整光滑相互平行(偏差<±0.4mm),试验块厚度≥25mm。试验块中导向孔,旋入和旋出试验钳试验块中预钻导向孔,导向孔垂直于试验块表面钻取,碎屑清理干净。多个导向孔的试验块各孔间距至少为螺钉直径的5倍,各孔距试验块边缘足够远以保证试验时不会导致试验块边缘变形。导向孔、接骨螺钉、螺钉驱动工装在同一轴线上。
