100N.m5000N浮封环跑合磨损泄漏性能试验机，测试浮封环组件在转动过程中的摩擦磨损状况，研究验证浮封环可靠性能，验证浮封环耐久性能。在注入润滑油的状态下实现相对转动，模拟油气水、粉尘、黏土砂粒等实际工况，浮封环润滑油滴漏状况实时监控，浮封环试验温度实时监测，浮封环实际使用工况4倍～5倍强化试验测定，浮封环轴向加载性能试验，浮封环角度偏移加载试验，浮封环偏轴偏移加载，浮封环角度偏移加载和偏轴偏移加载组合试验。绘制浮封环温度-时间曲线、扭矩-时间曲线。恒瑞金发明专利产品。
