重要功能:
→用于轨道交通一系橡胶弹簧二维刚度疲劳试验,测定橡胶弹簧垂向刚度疲劳性能、水平刚度疲劳性能。测定橡胶弹簧垂向刚度、横向刚度、垂向挠度、自由高度、 标准载荷高度、标准载荷高度差。
→测定机车应急弹簧在大载荷下垂向静刚度和变形量。hrjtest、评判应急弹簧在空气弹簧气囊失效无气后,应急弹簧代替空气弹簧承受机车车体的荷载能力。
→铁道客车、动车组、地铁城轨、单轨磁悬浮等轨道交通一系橡胶弹簧二维刚度疲劳试验检测。
→平板式橡胶堆弹簧、沙漏式橡胶堆弹簧、锥形橡胶堆弹簧二维刚度疲劳试验检测。
→中国中车、高速动车组(中国铁路高速列车)、轨道车辆、铁道客车、地铁轻轨列车、磁悬浮列车、公共汽车、大型巴士汽车及其他商用车辆、建筑基座、工业机器设备用橡胶弹簧疲劳性能测试研究。
